About Construction Solutions

Construction Solutions, LLC is a specialty residential and commercial building products company. The founder was a successful contractor who saw a need to design and build creative yet practical dryer vent solutions for the building trades. Built by the trades for the trades, our dryer vent boxes reflect the field knowledge, using input from trade contractors working directly with our products, that makes them thoughtfully designed and highly practical. All of our dryer vent boxes are designed to show customers there is a better way! To date, Construction Solutions dryer vent products are used by many of the most prominent residential homebuilders and subcontractors in America. These companies count on our experience, dependability and innovation to support their growing businesses. Our work is centered on providing customers with thoughtful, well planned and field tested product solutions.

Shane Mustoe

President
Shane started in the construction trades yet quickly showed a passion for effective business management. Under his leadership and mentoring, he brought a small drywall construction firm from an early stage company in 1977 to an expanding and profitable multi-million dollar enterprise with an enviable track record of on-time production and market leading quality. In creating this transformation, one of Shane’s early priorities was to find new and innovative ways to improve the quality of the final product. The DBX1000 dryer vent receptacle is one bright example of this forward thinking. Shane’s significant “in-the-trenches” experience in driving change to create effective business strategies for contractors makes him the driving conceptual and creative force in the company today. He continues to oversee the ongoing development of a number of new products, including the DBX1000M dryer vent box and his passionate commitment assures customers of a quality product.

Jeremy Valentine

General Manager

Jeremy brings 25 years of sales & management experience to Construction Solutions. He has represented numerous products and equipment within the industrial, commercial, and consumer markets. He has achieved numerous awards and honors for his past sales achievements. Jeremy graduated from Niagara University where he was Captain of the tennis team. He spends most of his free time either on the golf course or with his wife Deb and three kids, Ella, Zach & Josh.

Craig Liston

Consultant

Craig brings over 40+ years of sales & management experience to Construction Solutions. He has represented numerous products and equipment within the construction industry. He has achieved numerous awards and honors for his past sales achievements. Craig’s responsibilities at Construction Solutions include executing and implementing a successful sales plan, as well as hiring and training a dynamic group of Manufacturers Representatives. Craig graduated and played football for the University of Arizona. Craig leads the Construction Solutions sales efforts utilizing three main principles; teamwork, customer service and execution.

Kyle Miller

New Business Development Manager

Kyle was born and raised in Arizona. After playing college golf at PVCC for 2 years he transferred to Arizona State University where he found a passion for business growth and development. He loves sales and building relationships with new and existing customers. His dedication to sales growth and making sure clients know they are getting the best possible product is unparallel. He is always ensuring our customers are getting the best possible experience when working with Construction Solutions. Kyle is an avid scratch golfer who loves spending time with his wife McKayla and daughter Palmer.

Evert Luke

New Business Development Manager

Evert has been in sales for 8 years starting in retail and working his way to Business Development. His sales success comes from superior relationship building, honesty, and commitment. Evert has always had the mindset of customers first, delivering on promises made and following up after the sale to continue a great business relationship. He went to school at Texas A&M University in Kingsville, Texas and has since applied his knowledge to the workforce. He had numerous awards for customer service excellence and exceeding sales requirements throughout his career. His commitment to his customers is what sets him apart. He is developing new relationships with customers across the country while marketing and selling Construction Solutions products. Out of work he has a passion for traveling, fitness, and hiking Arizona’s beautiful landscape.  

ERIC HOBSON

Warehouse manager

A native of phoenix arizona, married with 3 young children and is active in all of their athletic endeavors. He has been in the building material industry for 15 years with experience in drywall and heating & air distribution. For the past 5 years he has been our warehouse manager. Along the way he has implemented many cost saving warehouse procedures. Eric has a bright outlook everyday and shares this attitude with customers, truck drivers and ground transportation companies that deliver our dryer vent boxes across North America.
He is first to handle our products when arriving from the factory and the last to confirm and review every order. His safety record is unblemished and we are pleased to have him as part of our construction solutions family.
